► என்ற அடிப்படையில் நன்கொடை வசூலிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேலும் இரண்டு மாத வாடகை வைப்புத்தொகை முன் பணமாக செலுத்த வேண்டும் மேலும் தங்கும் அறைகளுக்கான மின் கட்டணங்களை தங்கும் நபர்களிடம் பகிர்ந்து வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

► The cost includes, Morning Coffee/ Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snack and Dinner on all days.

► The electricity charges shall be payable by occupants, on actual basis, proportionately shared among the inmates of the room.

► Laundry Charges and other Personal expenses will be taken care by the inmates itself.

► 2 months rent to be paid as advance.

Terms & Conditions

► A doctor’s certificate stating that the person is in good health, is a prerequiste for admission.
► The inmate should be able to walk and manage his/her day to day activities.
► A Resident Manager is stationed at the retirement home to take care of the needs of the inmates. The inmates should co-operate with him.
► The inmate should be able to take care of their pesonal belongings, including cash and jewellery.
► The inmate should maintain personal hygiene and keep their surroundings clean.
► The inmates shoud not create any disturbance to others, by any means.
► Smoking & Alcohol is prohibited inside the campus and the inmates should refrain from the same.
► The inmate should adhere to the meal time, in-out time and bed time, as stipulated by the management.
► Inmates are allowed to go out to meet, their friends or relatives. However, they should inform the, Resident Manager where they are going and when they will return.
► If the inmates want something to be bought from outside, they can get the help of the resident manager who will be able to co-ordinate.
► Guests are allowed to meet the inmates, at stipulated time. Guests can have food alongwith inmates, at the retirement home, on payment of the specific meal cost.
► This is a retirement home and not a nursing home. Therefore, no nursing care will be provided.
► In the event of sickness and hospitalisation is required, we will inform their wards/ guardians and they have to come and take responsibility.
► The monthly rent shall be paid by the occupants on or before 5th of every following month.
